Cancellation, Deposit & No-Show Policy

At Ajeless Health & Medical Spa, dedicated appointment time is reserved specifically for each patient to ensure a personalized, high-quality experience. In consideration of our providers, staff, and other patients, we kindly request advance notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Physician Consultations

Physician consultations require prepayment at the time of scheduling in order to reserve dedicated physician time.

Physician consultation fees are non-refundable for:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time
Missed appointments or “no-shows”
Same-day cancellations

This policy applies to both in-person and virtual physician consultations.

Aesthetic Treatments & Procedures

Certain aesthetic services and procedures may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of treatment on the day services are rendered.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of part or all of the treatment deposit.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future scheduling.

Regenerative Medicine Procedures

Due to the specialized nature, preparation, scheduling requirements, provider time allocation, and product reservation associated with regenerative medicine procedures — including but not limited to stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, PRP, peptide therapies, biologic treatments, and other regenerative procedures — deposits for these services are non-refundable.

This includes:

Late cancellations
Same-day cancellations
Failure to appear for the scheduled appointment
Rescheduling with insufficient notice

Certain regenerative medicine products may be specifically ordered, allocated, or prepared for individual patients, making these deposits non-refundable once scheduling and preparation have occurred.

Appointment Confirmations & Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment with Ajeless Health & Medical Spa, the patient acknowledges and agrees to the cancellation, deposit, and no-show policies outlined above.

Patients may receive appointment confirmations and reminders via phone, text message, or email. These communications serve as a courtesy reminder and do not waive the patient’s responsibility to comply with office policies.

A valid credit card may be requested to reserve certain appointments, procedures, memberships, or treatment packages.

Payment Responsibility

Payment for services rendered is due at the time treatment is provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Ajeless Health & Medical Spa reserves the right to enforce this policy, decline future scheduling for repeated missed appointments, and apply applicable cancellation or no-show fees consistent with this policy.
We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and respect for our providers’ time as we strive to provide exceptional care and availability to all patients.

How to Cancel Your Appointment:

To cancel an appointment please call 248-465-8000, If you do not reach the receptionist you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your phone number. We will return your call and give you the next available appointment time.
